The 6th Taiwan Solid State Lighting (2012 tSSL), organized by the Industrial Technology Research Institute（ITRI）, will take place at Taipei International Convention Center, Taiwan (TICC), on June 19-20, 2012.
The purpose of tSSL is to bring together scientists and engineers actively engaged in research, development, and manufacturing on all aspects of Solid State Lighting including materials, epitaxial growth, chip processing, optical, package and heat dissipation design as well as systems and applications to discuss current progress in this field.
In 2011 tSSL, we invited vice president of Philips Lumileds Lighting Company (Asia Pacific Sales), manager of Panasonic Lighting Research and Development Center, Senior Marketing Manager of Solid State Lighting Business Segment in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors GmbH and so on. The session topics included “ 8” GaN/Si Trend ”, “ GaN Substrate &GaN/Si ”, “ Human Factor Lighting & Smart Lighting ”, and “ LED Standardization ”. More than 200 attendees from Asia, America and Europe join this great symposium at the 2011 tSSL event in Taipei.
The 2012 Taiwan Solid State Lighting (2012 tSSL) will include the topic of Overview and Efficiency Issues, High Performance and Low Cost Solution, Innovated LED Application and Standardization & Application. This great event will take place at Taipei International Convention Center, Taiwan (TICC), on June 19-20, 2012.
